runLife has been sedentary overall in the last few years since I joined this Job. I spend most of the time in the company and in front of these computers and have had little to no time at all for myself. I realized this when I went to the doctor the last week. He said that I have put on weight and that is not good.He suggested me to run for half an hour early in the morning and also work out in the evening. It is high time that I take up his advice and thus I am going to buy some running shorts and a pair of shoes today.
