Learning to manage your anger whether at home or in the workplace will help you control your feelings and emotions fairly well. The best thing to start with is to identify things and people that make you angry and try to avoid them. You could also identify things you like to do such as listening to music so that when you feel your anger rising, you make yourself do something you like to forget about it.

Extreme anger cases may be signs of underlying problems and this may call for medical attention. Try to be around people who understand you to avoid being angry.
