Bitter foods are better for health

It is but a known fact that the foods that are extremely yummy aren’t exactly beneficial to your health. This is as sad as it sounds however this is only the basic truth. Now bitter foods or vegetables include a certain amount of natural ingredients that have the power to purify blood among other things.
These bitter foods also present you with a fine healthy body that cannot be replaced. Bitter foods include bitter melon or Bitter Gourd and apart from its fantastic blood purifying feature, it is one vegetable that is reported to help with the treatment of the dreaded HIV. This ‘food’ also helps in the cases of diabetes and psoriasis among other things.
Seriously fast foods are something that carries an “unhealthy” tag for a long time. In fact there are people who absolutely despise this genre of food and then there are the medical personnel who strongly recommend the non-consumption of these foods. But seriously for some fast foods are the only options left and we are just not talking about students.
