If there are so many mails that are sent out from your office for instance, you might want to get address labels printed out rather than wasting the time filling up the address manually. If it has to be done manually, it is going to require someone who has to do that and he has to be paid for this. Having printed address labels pasted on covers would cost less than the former option.
